Electrical Project Manager Opportunity

Mergent Group, a leading recruitment and labour hire services team, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support maintenance and project execution at one of the world's largest and most diversified mines and adjacent assets.

This FIFO role operates on a flexible roster (9/5, 5/2, 4/3) with company-paid camp/accommodation.

* Lead departmental performance and drive growth in electrical projects.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth delivery while meeting Australian electrical standards and safety regulations.
* Manage electrical installations, terminations, and commissioning.
* Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide technical support to field teams.

* SA electrical license - essential.
* Construction industry white card - essential.
* Australian work rights - essential.
* Effective communication skills.
* HV Switching & Hazardous areas - desirable.
* Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
