About the Role
As the Operations and Compliance Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in:
* Overseeing day-to-day operational logistics across the school
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
* Supporting risk management and performance reporting
* Co-ordinating internal audits and policy reviews
* Liaising with staff and external bodies to maintain high standards of governance

You are
* Highly organised and detail-focused
* Experienced in compliance, administration, or school operations
* A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
* Passionate about supporting educational excellence
* Experience in an educational setting or familiarity with NESA, RANGS and educational requirements will be highly regarded
