Student Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Student Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and a high degree of professionalism.
The Student Support Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality student support and advising, managing disciplinary matters and student crises, welcoming students to the centre, securing guest speakers and excursions, and working with the Program Management Team to create student materials.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, particularly university students, and is looking for a challenging and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional student support and advising
* Manage disciplinary matters and student crises
* Welcome students to the centre

* Collaborate with the academic and internship teams
