Day‐to‐day duties will be dynamic and varied, adapting to the needs of the team, our students and the wider organisation. You will collaborate with technical and non‐technical stakeholders, interpret, query and present data accurately and clearly, and ensure data quality.
Required skills and qualifications
* Ability to interpret, query and present data accurately and clearly
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
* Ability to explain data definitions, assumptions and limitations clearly to non‐technical stakeholders
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‐technical users
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple requests within agreed timescales
* Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small, interdependent technical team
* Professional and responsive approach to customer support
* Ability to provide a responsive and professional level of customer service at all times
Education
* English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or above, willingness to obtain, or equivalent skill level
