Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is the lead agency for headspace Sale, which is governed by a consortium of local community organisations who provide expertise, support and advice to RAV. About the roleReporting to the Centre Manager, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including general practitioners, allied health clinicians, community engagement workers and support staff.
This will include effectively engaging with, coordinating care, and providing clinical interventions for young people aged 12-25 years who request service from headspace Sale.
You will also work closely with local community and partner youth and health services to provide holistic and integrated care.
Your responsibilities will include providing day to day site coordination for the headspace Sale team and supporting the headspace Bairnsdale Leadership Team. This permanent, part-time opportunity is located at our headspace Sale centre and will be working four (4) days per week, including one evening shift on a Tuesday.
The base salary is $117k - $120k (pro-rata) per annum. About youDegree qualified in allied health, behavioural/social sciences, youth work, mental health nursing, or a related discipline.Previous experience delivering clinical supervision and providing operational support to clinical and non-clinical staff to guide and optimise their work and productivity levels.Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks and deliver to agreed deadlines.
