Location: Karratha, WA, AU, 6714
Reporting into Branch Supervisor, the Branch Administrator will join our team on a Full-time basis at our Karratha Branch. This role is responsible for processing purchase requisitions, overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, managing time capture reporting, and coordinating the mobilisation of technicians to and from sites in alignment with their rosters.
This role is not FIFO, the successful candidate must be based in Karratha or surrounds.
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 Hours per day (including unpaid meal break)
Location: Karratha Branch, WA
What You'll Do:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the designated area/store/team/branch
* Coordinate team logistics, including rosters, training matrices, audits, and compliance
* Manage site mobilisation requirements, ensuring accurate time-sheet entries and induction processes
* Oversee work order administration, labour entries, purchase orders, and warranty processing
* Maintain inventory control, including safety supplies (PPE), uniforms, and departmental stationery
* Deliver exceptional customer service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments
* Support additional tasks as required to assist various branches and locations
Skills & Experience:
* Highly developed administrative skills with previous experience within a similar role
* Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
* Advanced computer literacy skills, previous SAP experience advantageous
* High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
* Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
* Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
