The Role:
* Manage schedules, rosters, travel arrangements, and general site administration tasks
* Assist with mobilisation processes, consulting with medical and mobilisation teams
* Manage leave, absences and update rosters and INX as required
* Order PPE, supplies, and stock for all Mining personnel and areas
* Maintain digital files, prepare documents, and manage general IT-related tasks

What does Programmed need from you?
* INX Software experience (essential)
* Based in Darwin or Alice Springs
* Available for immediate start
* Prior Site Administrative experience
* Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical include drug and alcohol test
* Ability to provide a clean national police clearance
