About the**

Role

We are seeking a permanent, full-time Parenting Orders Program (POP) Case Coordinator to join our Mackay

teamStep into a pivotal role where you'll make a real difference in the lives of families at a critical time. As a Parenting Orders Program (POP) Case Coordinator, you will empower parents and carers to build positive, healthy relationships with their children through and beyond separation. Each day offers the chance to educate, support, and inspire individuals to navigate challenges and champion child-focused outcomes. You'll shape innovative support programs, provide expert guidance, and become a trusted advocate for the wellbeing of children—helping families create stronger, more resilient bonds for the future. * will:Conduct intake assessments, obtain client information, screen for risks, develop safety plans, and determine suitability for interven
* tions.Design and deliver group and individual education programs on child development, family violence, and navigating complex family separa
* tions.Develop and implement client case management plans in a child-focused, collaborative m
* anner.Liaise with internal and external services for integrated support, including referrals for counselling and family dispute resol
* ution.Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and risk assessments as per organisational p
* olicy.Continuously participate in supervision, professional development, and uphold compliance with all legislative, duty of care, and administrative require

You are passionate about supporting families through separation, skilled in managing complex cases, and committed to positive outcomes for children. Your approach is collaborative, reflective, and always informed by best practice principles in family s

upport.Additionally, yo

* u have:A relevant undergraduate qualification in Social or Behavioural Sciences (postgraduate highly reg
* arded).Demonstrated experience supporting families in high conflict settings, including with involuntary clients or clients in
* crisis.A strong record of working within a child-focused and culturally inclusive practice fra
* mework.Experience in group facilitation, education delivery, and (ideally) family dispute reso
* lution.Solid knowledge of family law, domestic violence legislation, and the impact of trauma and conflict on ch
* ildren.Excellent communication, time management, and computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office, web-based sy

**stems).
