We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our major multidisciplinary design projects in the Defence and Security Division, based in Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver complex project scopes on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards in heavily regulated Defence / Nuclear environments.
Engage with clients and stakeholders at senior levels to drive collaboration and effective communication.
Lead technical and quality assurance activities relating to design and safety analysis of nuclear infrastructure.
Evaluate and mitigate risks for Defence clients, ensuring successful delivery of major infrastructure programmes throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
15+ years of experience leading Defence and Nuclear project delivery in building services, civil, or maritime fields.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management or engineering disciplines.
Experience in civil, naval nuclear programs, radiopharmaceuticals, oil and gas, or Rail (considering applicants from other high-hazard industries).
Chartered Engineer or Project Manager (preferred but not essential).
Ability to demonstrate successful delivery of major infrastructure projects, from master planning through design and construction to handover.
Current AU security clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
Understanding of nuclear safety cases and/or heavily regulated industries.
