Cleanliness and Guest Satisfaction Coordinator
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction by ensuring our 41-room motel is always clean and well-presented.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and service guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
* Change bedding and replenish towels and amenities as needed.
* Ensure common areas are kept clean and presentable.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
* Assist with laundry duties as required.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to meet the needs of guests.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles essential.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Availability to work at least three days per week, including weekends.
