Competitive agency pay rates Flexible shifts - choose when and where you work Weekly pay Supportive and dedicated recruitment team Opportunities in residential and agency facilities Ongoing work with home care clients Role Overview: Registered Nurse Medication Administration Clinical Assessments and Care Planning Wound Management Catheter Care Management Leadership and Supervision of Care Staff Accurate Documentation and Reporting Aged Home Care Domestic Assistance Personal Care Community Access; must have Full Driver's License Mandatory Requirements Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Qualification (i.e., Certificate III or IV) Experience in aged care and/or complex community care Current Police Check NDIS Worker Screening Check WWCC- Employee Up-to-date mandatory training For RN - Immunisation & Serology (Essential) Applicants must provide documented evidence of: COVID-19 vaccination (as per current guidelines) Current Influenza vaccination Hepatitis B vaccination AND serology confirming immunity (Anti-HBs ≥10 mIU/mL) MMR immunity (2 documented doses or positive serology) Varicella immunity (2 documented doses or positive serology) Pertussis (dTpa within 10 years) TB screening (if required) Serology documentation is mandatory for compliance.
