Life Transition Consultant
As a Life Transition Specialist, you will build strong relationships with communities across Bunbury and South West WA. You will work closely with people to help them make informed decisions about their end-of-life care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Community Engagement: Establish partnerships with local clubs, community groups, and organizations to promote pre-paid funeral options.
* Careful Guidance: Support clients through sensitive conversations, helping them choose plans that reflect their wishes and values.
* Opportunity Creation: Drive your own success through proactive lead generation, events, and referrals.
* Territory Management: Travel across Bunbury and South West WA, visiting various funeral locations, meeting clients, and managing your sales pipeline from start to finish.
* Community Representation: Represent our organization with integrity and care, ensuring every client feels valued and understood.
Requirements:
* Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in relationship-based or consultative sales (B2C preferred).
* Natural Empathy: Natural ability to discuss sensitive subjects with confidence and empathy.
* Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
* Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet targets.
* CRM and Microsoft Office Competence: Competence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Current Driver's License: A current unrestricted driver's license – you will be traveling regularly.
