The Position:
1. Responding to incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate internal contacts
2. Preparing and issuing documentation for clients
3. Entering data into appropriate systems and maintain job records
4. Preparing invoices using appropriate time sheets and pricing schedules
5. Document management including printing and saving documents to the server, photocopying and scanning
6. Other general administrative duties
Minimum Criteria:
7. Minimum 1 years administrative / data entry experience, with highly effective written and verbal communication skills
8. System administration and Recordkeeping skills with highly developed attention to detail
9. Experience within a customer service based position, with a strong customer service ethic
10. Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
11. Microsoft Office application skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
12. High level interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels
13. Sound numerical competency
14. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
15. Flexibility to work in other departments
16. Knowledge of flight and accommodation systems
