 
        
        Nursing Director - Sub Acute and Ambulatory Care Services 
As a senior nursing leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational management of the nursing staff and services. This includes setting key objectives within the Department of Medicine in consultation with clinical directors. 
In collaboration with executive leaders, lead the delivery of clinical governance systems to achieve exceptional service standards, quality improvement, and risk management strategies. 
Direct the day-to-day activities of designated clinical services aligned with organizational objectives, and provide effective leadership, coordination, and direction for the management of human, financial, and material resources. 
Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical management policies, protocols, and guidelines that enable the evaluation of services against best practice standards.
