We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director at our Early Learning Centre.
This leadership position plays a key part in overseeing the strategic direction and daily operations of the ELC, ensuring high-quality educational experiences for children aged 2-5 years.
The ideal candidate will be an educator with a proven track record of developing and implementing programs that align with the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the school's values.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement NQS-aligned programs
* Lead and manage a team of educators

Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
* Proven experience as an Assistant Director or similar role in an early learning centre
* Strong understanding of NQS and its application in practice
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
