About the Role
In this role, your main focus will be on the 'bigger picture', doing what you need to do to set your team up for a win. You must think like an owner. A sharp business mindset is a must, ensuring that every decision is considered with the business and customer in mind. There is a need to roll your sleeves up and get the job done from time to time but you'll be instrumental in creating a team culture and have all the support required from our leadership team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the launch and ongoing operations of our newest location servicing Perth Airport.
The position offers an attractive base wage + incentive structure as well as access to a fleet vehicle inclusive of fuel, maintenance, and everything else you'll need to get the job done.
