The SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant will implement and support SAP's cloud-based payroll solution for
Australian payroll
requirements. The role involves configuring ECP, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation, managing PCC processes, and supporting integrations with SuccessFactors EC and SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver compliant and efficient payroll solutions.
Must-Have Skills
* SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) – Australia
* Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
* ECP configuration and support
* Payroll Control Center (PCC)
* Integration with SAP SuccessFactors EC and SAP S/4HANA
Nice-to-Have Skills
* SAP HCM Payroll (Australia)
* SAP CPI / integrations
* SuccessFactors certifications
