McNaughts Transport is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse / Storeperson to join our team in Dubbo. This is a permanent full-time position based at our Boothenba Road facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth stock movement, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day movement of customer stock.
* Accurately enter stock movements into the warehouse management system.
* Organise external carriers for order collections.
* Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards.
* Conduct monthly stock takes and prepare related reports.
* Pick and prepare orders, including part orders, efficiently and accurately.
* Work collaboratively with team members and interact professionally with customers.
Requirements:
Essential:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse/storeperson role.
* Valid forklift license.
* Daily experience using warehouse computer systems (WMS).
* Ability to pick part orders accurately and efficiently.
* Strong teamwork skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work safely within guidelines.
Desirable:
* Experience in transport or logistics environments.
* Knowledge of inventory control and stock management practices.
* Familiarity with OH&S/WHS standards in a warehouse setting.
Hours:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday.
* Standard hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily.
* Some reasonable overtime may be required.
