About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer/Administrator to join our team at our mechanical workshop in Molendinar, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's accounts receivable/payable, payroll, administrative requirements and providing assistance to the Director when required.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations and reporting
* Weekly payroll of approximately 10 employees.
* Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all transactions are properly documented
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties such as suppliers and customers
* Providing administrative support to the finance team as required
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Accounts Officer/Administrator.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
* Proficient in using MYOB software and Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
