AECOM’s Human Resources Team has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. You will be supporting a client group of around 250 team members in our Sydney office. Working with a diverse range of client groups you will be responsible for all facets of Human Resources support.

In addition to partnering with business leaders within key client groups, you will work as part of a core team of HR Specialists both regionally and nationally. Reporting to the People & Culture Lead – New South Wales & Canberra.
Qualifications
You will have knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Australian Awards and experience handling HR queries on a broad range of issues. You will be confident interpreting People Policies and providing advice to managers. Ideally you would have 5+ years’ experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic workplace.

About You

You will have knowledge and experience managing and consulting on a broad range of HR issues, including performance management, facilitation, talent, workforce planning and change management. You will also be confident interpreting policy and providing advice to managers.
