Full-Time | 38–45 hrs/week | Weekends essential
We're looking for experienced, hands-on Managers to join our vibrant and growing hospitality group. This is your chance to work in some of Adelaide's most exciting venues and be part of an energetic, forward-thinking team.
About the Role
You'll lead by example, ensuring the venue runs smoothly, the team is motivated, and our guests leave with a smile every time.
What You'll Do
* Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations
* Motivate, coach, and develop a passionate team
* Maintain high standards of service and presentation
* Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
* Handle rostering, payroll input, and team scheduling
What We're Looking For
* Experience managing a busy bar and/or restaurant
* A natural people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Sound understanding of bar operations, food service, and hospitality trends
* Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
