Accounts Administration and IT Support Role
This is a dynamic opportunity to combine technical expertise with accounts administration in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
The ideal candidate will have strong IT troubleshooting skills, with the ability to provide customer-focused support. They will also be comfortable working across both technical and administrative functions, and have experience in hospitality environments (although not essential).
* Key Responsibilities:
* IT Support: Provide first-level technical support to staff and guests, troubleshoot hardware, and assist with basic network connectivity.
* Liaison with Remote HQ: Act as the onsite conduit between staff and the Remote HQ IT team, raising and following up on tickets, escalating issues, and ensuring clear communication.
* Accounts Assistance: Process invoices, coding, vendor queries, and statement reconciliations, issue invoices, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain debtor records.
Requirements:
* Skilled in IT troubleshooting with a customer-focused approach.
* Comfortable working across both technical and administrative functions.
* Experienced in hospitality environments (preferred but not essential).
