Your Role In a Nutshell
With your high levels of enthusiasm for the brand and belief in the way we do business, you will share responsibility with the Store Manager to drive the store and team to deliver retail excellence and strong sales results.
Key Duties Of An Assistant Manager
* Customer Experience – Coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards in partnership with the store manager. Oversee operations and commercial practices of the store, both front and back of house, maintaining harmony and efficiency on the shop floor. Lead and drive a customer‐focused store experience on a day‐to‐day basis and help develop consumer loyalty and brand awareness.
* Delivery – Possess retail‐related beauty expertise. Learn and use internal systems, analyse performance to manage the commercial side of the store, monitor and meet sales/performance targets, and coordinate between customers, the team and the manager. Maintain full knowledge of the beauty market and competitors.
* Teamwork and People Management – Be a team player, assist the Store Manager and resolve issues quickly. Be a flexible and responsible role model capable of attracting, retaining and growing people who reflect the brand.
