What is this role all about?
As a Customer Experience Agent with SIXT Australia, you'll play a pivotal role in making people and their things easily mobile through the delivery of premium customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exciting and premium customer experience, exceeding customer expectations every time.
- Open and close rental agreements seamlessly and accurately.
- Pick‐up and delivery of vehicles, when required.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Regular cleaning of vehicles to a premium standard.
- Ensure all aspects of SIXT's quality controls are delivered and maintained, including presentation of counters, paperwork and fleet.
- Sell additional, over the counter, rental products.
- Other administrative and operational tasks; work as part of the team to ensure a high level of presentation of the Branch.
What do we need from you?
- Excellent communication skills, a can‐do, positive attitude and a flair for sales.
- Strong attention to detail, including administration and presentation.
- Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential.
- Monitoring and organising fleet on a daily basis.
- Competent computer skills to perform daily tasks.
- Current, unrestricted full driving licence.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Ability to multi‐task during peak periods and work unsupervised.
- A flexible attitude is required as our locations are 7‐day operations so shifts will include some weekends.
- Commitment to all health and safety policies and support others in doing the same.
