Residential Concierge – Crown Sydney
Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced Residential Concierge to join our team at Crown Residences, One Barangaroo. As a full‐time, permanent team member, you will provide elevated, personalised service to residents and ensure their needs are met across the property.
Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to efficient daily operations of the Residential Concierge desk.
* Provide accurate and timely information to all guests, visitors and residents.
* Respond to special requests, account payments and various resident queries.
* Enter data in MYBOS and Opera, ensuring accurate record history.
* Collaborate with Bell Services, Loading Dock, Front Office & Villas, Gaming, Property Services, Spa and Food & Beverage.
* Complete daily tours of the Crown Sydney observation deck, escort guests and provide insights into the resort and local area.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar frontline hosting role within a hotel, hospitality or residential environment.
* Ability to provide superior service and uphold expectations in a luxury setting.
* Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
* Experience managing multiple communication channels and technology.
* Permanent and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
* Understanding of residential or hotel PMS such as MYBOS or Opera is advantageous.
