Physiotherapist Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist to join our team across two modern, gym-based environments equipped with access to state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities.
This role provides the chance to be part of a multidisciplinary team, including Exercise Physiologists, a Social Worker, Dietician and Podiatrist. You'll work closely with colleagues to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions.
* Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, manage pain and enhance recovery.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
* Educate patients on rehabilitation techniques and recovery strategies.
* Maintain accurate patient records and track progress.
* Proactively grow your caseload through marketing and engagement.
About You
We are looking for a new graduate, early career or experienced physiotherapist who is committed to abide by AHPRA and Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) code of conduct and policies.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Medicare Provider Number (assistance provided for new clinic locations).
* Current Professional Indemnity Insurance (up to $10 million or more).
* Current CPR and First Aid certificate (as required by APA).
* Experience in Private Practice or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (at least one unit/rotation at university).
* Current Continuing Professional Development (CPD) participation.
* Valid Drivers' license and willing to travel between clinics.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
