Sales Agent Role Overview
This is a sales agent role within a high-performing investment team at a top-tier real estate company. The successful candidate will work with warm inbound investor leads, build relationships, and close profitable investment deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Buyer Qualification & Consultation:
o Call and qualify inbound leads from various marketing channels.
o Identify investor objectives (yield target, budget, growth goals, risk appetite).
o Educate buyers on high-yield suburbs and short-term growth pockets.
2. Property Matching & Presentation:
o Access off-market and pre-market investment stock.
o Prepare tailored property packs (yield %, rental appraisals, suburb metrics).
o Run virtual or in-person tours.
o Send targeted campaigns to active buyer pipelines.
3. Offer Management:
o Presentation of offers and negotiation on behalf of buyers.
o Guiding buyers on structure, terms, conditions, and deposits.
o Liaising with industry professionals.
o Help resolve vendor-side issues (building inspections, access, conditions).
4. Deal Closure & Handover:
o Preparing contracts and documentation.
o Handing over to the settlement team.
5. Relationship Building:
o Maintaining strong buyer relationships for repeat purchases.
o Becoming an expert in investment yields for selected suburbs.
o Recording all CRM activity and reporting weekly.
o Introducing buyers to property management services.
o Confirming yields and leasing milestones are on track post-settlement.
