About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the national HR function for Secom Technical Services.

You will own and drive day-to-day HR operations nationally, partnering closely with operational leaders to ensure strong compliance, practical people management and effective workforce outcomes.
This is a national role requiring strong operational capability, confidence in influencing leaders and exceptional attention to detail.
