Job Summary
The Lead Ingot Training Specialist is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of training programs for ingot processors, ensuring that employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for ingot processors
* Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to management
