Lead Community Services Manager

This position will oversee the operations of services and programs to ensure they provide quality person-centred services. The successful candidate will lead a team of dedicated coordinators and support workers, assisting them to implement best practice approaches to supporting participants to build their capacity and achieve their identified goals.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced manager who wants to join an innovative team to provide leadership to our services in Lismore. The ideal candidate will enjoy business development and the satisfaction from seeing the business grow and evolve. They will have a background in working with marginalised communities and with complex disability and mental health support needs who strives to empower others.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of daily operations to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
* Leadership of a team to implement best practice approaches.
* Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with:
* A qualification in Individual Support or other related field at Cert IV minimum or significant experience in a similar role.
* A Working with Children Check NSW or willingness to obtain.
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Yellow Card – Disability (Qld).
* Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
* Demonstrated substantial experience in leading a program or service within a Community, Disability or Mental Health Service.
