The role
Mammoth Concrete Pumping Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Pump Employee to join our team in Mildura, VIC. As a Concrete Pump Employee, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of construction projects by safely and efficiently operating our state-of-the-art concrete pumping equipment.
What you'll be doing
1. Learn to Operate and maintain concrete pumping equipment to deliver concrete to construction sites
2. Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely and accurate concrete delivery
3. Perform routine checks and maintenance on concrete pumping equipment
4. Comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
5. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
What we're looking for
1. Prefered but not required - experience as a Concrete Pump Off-sider or similar role in the construction industry
2. Extremely Reliable to show up and work 6 days a week if required, with early morning starts
3. White card
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with construction teams
5. Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
6. Valid driver's licence and ability to obtain the necessary certifications for operating concrete pumping equipment, HR licence would be a huge bonus
7. looking for long term employees, our work is casual but work is constantly flowing all year round either onsite or in the yard.
