We’re looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist with advanced technical SEO expertise and a passion for automation and efficiency to join our team in our head office in Broadmeadows, Melbourne.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEO Specialist who thrives on autonomy, owns their strategies end-to-end, and takes full accountability for results. You’ll lead and implement strategic SEO initiatives, leverage modern automation tools, and drive measurable growth across multiple brands & industries.
Your roles & responsibilities (but not limited to):
* Lead and execute technical SEO initiatives across a portfolio of in-house brands spanning multiple industries
* Perform comprehensive site audits, manage local SEO enhancements, and improve organic visibility and performance
* Monitor and interpret SEO data to uncover opportunities and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations
* Design, develop, and scale SEO automation systems to improve efficiency in audits, monitoring, and reporting
* Align SEO content strategies with technical SEO execution to drive sustainable organic growth
* Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, content, development, and product teams to embed SEO best practices
* Take ownership of ongoing SEO execution and performance across multiple brands, with accountability for outcomes
* Continuously refine and evolve internal SEO processes, tools, and standards to improve effectiveness and scalability
Key Qualities and Attributes
* 3+ years’ experience in SEO, including advanced technical SEO knowledge
* Previous experience working in an SEO or digital agency environment, managing clients and/or internal stakeholders
* Strong reporting and data analysis skills
* Ability to implement SEO strategies across multiple industries
* High level proficiency with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
* Strategic mindset and ability to work autonomously
Desired
* Experience in the sporting goods, fitness, lifestyle or children’s play industry.
* Experience in content marketing
* Experience or Interested in DPR and AI LLM manipulation.
