Support the Project Design Authority (PDA) and the Systems Engineering Manager (SEM) in the approval of the main engineering reviews and deliverables.Review key SoS solution design including Infrastructure, Platform, Safety, Security and Human Factors artefacts ensuring that the constraints imposed by the system requirements on the design are understood and met.Ensure and demonstrate that the defined architecture meets the requirements taking into consideration:PerformanceSafetySecurityHuman FactorsILSContractually applicable legislation, rules and regulations including Environmental/HSE requirements and standardsContribute to the development of Architecture Policies, Processes and Procedures to ensure best practice.Provide mentoring and support to all personnel involved in architecture activities.Essential ExperienceProven experience in similar positions on projects delivering complex software-centric real-time systems.Experience in the ATM Domain and Air Traffic Management standards eg.
ICAO, Eurocontrol, AID.Demonstrated experience in the design of secure solution architectures in line with security standards and policies eg.
