Maintenance Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance requirements in liaison with the Residential Manager.
This is a permanent part-time role of 3 days a week, working between Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Break down repairs and minor project works
* Planned preventative maintenance
* Technical advice and report production
* Communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
* Fabulous 'can do' attitude
* Experience in maintenance requirements in aged care or similar
* Ability to provide technical advice and produce reports
* Excellent communication skills
* Physical fitness
* Ability to work independently and be flexible
* Knowledge of WH&S requirements
* Prioritisation and organisation skills
* Strong IT skills
* Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence
* Covid vaccinations
* NDIS check or willingness to obtain
* Relevant Trade Certificate
