Loader Operator – Coolum, Queensland, Australia
Wagners is seeking an experienced, safety-conscious Loader Operator to join our team in Coolum as part of our concrete operations growth.
Responsibilities
Operate front-end loaders in a safe and productive manner
Load and move materials such as soil, gravel, and construction debris
Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance
Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other operators
Adhere to all safety procedures and site regulations
Requirements
Proven experience operating loaders (minimum 2 years preferred)
VOC (Vehicle Operator Competence) capability for Front End Loader / Sales Loader
White Card (Construction Induction)
Robust understanding of safety protocols
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
