DANCE on Q is looking for a bright, friendly, and organised
Admin/Reception Assistant
to join our team! This part-time position is perfect for someone who loves working in a creative, energetic environment and enjoys connecting with people.
Hours
Weekdays 8:45am – 11:45am (with the potential for more hours and role growth in the future).
Responsibilities
Preparing the studio each morning (vacuuming, tidying, refreshing, and organising lost property).
Answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and warmth.
Greeting students and parents with a big smile and ensuring they feel welcome.
Using dance studio software, including Enrollio and
Dance Studio Pro
, to assist with administration and class management.
Requirements
Reliable, punctual, and organised.
Friendly, approachable, and outstanding with people of all ages.
Confident with basic computer and email skills.
Comfortable learning and using dance studio software.
Proactive, with an eye for detail.
