We are seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our Patient Enquiry team.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing face to face assistance regarding patient and departmental locations, as well as managing all incoming enquiry calls. You will utilise your excellent customer service skills to provide a customer-focused information service for patients, visitors and staff presenting to the Patient Enquiries Counter, optimising their customer service experience.

Key functions of the service include issuing parking validations and parking passes, booking couriers, dispensing taxi vouchers, and supporting Official Visitors.

What you will bring to the role:

* Extensive and varied clerical experience, including reception experience
* Demonstrated effective customer service experience
* Demonstrated excellent oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated excellent organisational and time management skills
* Demonstrated experience using Windows based software including databases and experience in using MS Word and Excel
* Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* Ability and commitment to be flexible and adaptable to change
