This position will require the individual to establish and maintain a tangible department culture that focuses on fostering positive relationships with customers and supporting departs without exception. Understand and relay technical information to the customer. Have a basic understanding of PWC warranty information, accounting computations and invoicing. Coordinate and oversee technical support efforts and customer relations. Provide a focal point for the liaison between the customer and relevant Company departments. Maintain the integrity of the Company's reputation by assuring the requests of the Customer are executed in a timely fashion while maintaining the Company's best interest and financial goals
This role is a full-time permanent position located at the Brisbane facility.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and oversee all logistics associated with engine overhaul and repair commencing with engine induction through to engine shipping
* Maintain and establish a trusting relationship between StandardAero and the Customer.
* Provide supporting departments with accurate and timely information.
* Provide Customer Service Representatives with guidance for proper preparation of estimates and invoices.
* Ensure all customer requests are complied with in a timely and professional manner.
* In liaison with relevant departments, provide technical guidance and assistance to Customers as requested.
* Prepare and present information to internal/external customers
* Review and approve all estimates and invoices.
* Review and approve summary condition reports.
* Maintain sales forecast on an as required basis.
* Establish engine work scope based on customer request as well as engineering suggestions and recommendations.
* Make sound decisions with regard to serviceable versus non-serviceable parts at installation by having a basic knowledge of PWC warranty and commercial support programs that are available to the operator.
* Coordinate the processing of piece part assemblies and advance exchanges.
* Responsible for the review, determination and reporting of margin analysis.
* Model behaviours consistent with good quality, health and safety and environmental management practices.
* Perform administrative tasks and all other duties as required to ensure departmental efficiencies.
Qualifications:
* Minimum four years experience in aerospace industry with preferences given to those who have worked on PWC engines.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
* Intermediate level ability with Microsoft Office suite with particular focus on Excel.
* Ability to quickly adopt internal systems/databases.
* Ability to work flexible hours with occasional overtime.
* Strong financial acumen and familiarity with accounting techniques.
* Work experience in Sales, Customer Service or a related field is an asset.
