HSEQ Advisor - A Unique Opportunity for Growth and Development
This is an exciting challenge for a motivated professional to join a dynamic team as a HSEQ Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement, monitor, and continuously improve Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, including ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001.
* Conduct regular internal audits, site inspections, and support incident investigations.
* Manage document control systems, ensure version control, and support procedural reviews.
* Coordinate and deliver Comprehensive HSEQ Training Programs.
* Prepare reports, manage corrective actions, and maintain risk registers.
* Support Project Administrators in project administration tasks including documentation, risk assessments, and claims preparation.
* Maintain records of licenses, inductions, and training.
* Liaise with stakeholders to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards, along with experience using software like SharePoint or Aconex.
Requirements
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
* 5 years' experience in a similar role within construction, HVAC, or mechanical services.
* White Card (Construction Card).
* Current Driver's Licence.
