Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Officer

An opportunity has arisen in the Administration team to support the existing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Officers.
Your Responsibilities
* Accounts Payable:
o Data Entry of supplier invoices / credit notes
o Data Entry and Reconciliation of Company Credit Cards
o Reconciliation of Suppliers
o Establishment and Management of Suppliers
* Accounts Receivable:
o Data Entry of receipts
o Follow up of overdue invoices
o Establishment and Management of Customers
* General Office Administration:
o Answering phone
o Emails
o Filing
o General House keeping and assisting with enquiries
Skills we need from you
* Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience
* A sound understanding of financial processes and principles
* A good level of Microsoft skills
* Problem solving ability with a focus on customer service
* The ability to work independently whilst contributing as a team player
* A high degree of flexibility and adaptability
