Job Overview
Safe Steps, the only 24/7 family violence response centre in Victoria, seeks a skilled Coordinator to drive its Data and Outcomes program. This key role will design, develop, and lead data analytics work across the organisation, enhancing data capture and outcomes measurement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement advanced analytical models using contemporary Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Collaborate with senior management to identify requirements and opportunities for data-driven decision making.
* Lead the development of predictive data models to improve organisational strategy and service delivery.
* Coordinate externally procured Safe Steps evaluations and projects related to outcomes measurement.
* Provide expert advice and support on data analysis and monitoring, evaluation, and impact.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualification or significant data and/or outcomes experience in health or human services or social policy.
* Strong experience in developing complex analytical models, dashboards, and presenting findings.
* Advanced knowledge of database design, dimensional models, and SQL.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python.
* Ability to project manage and supervise commissioned projects and consultant work.
