An opportunity exists for a skilled and adaptable professional to fill the fulltime role of Operations Manager at our foodservice branch located in North Plympton.
Responsibilities
- Control transport, equipment and warehouse expenses including rosters and wages
- Promote safe working procedures and ensure policies are implemented and adhered to
- Maintain all vehicle and equipment service and maintenance schedules
- Coach, mentor and execute performance management as required
- Conduct internal audits of the Quality and HACCP based food systems
- Generate, analyse and maintain reports
Skills and Experience
- A current forklift licence (essential)
- Excellent communication, organisation and managerial skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a diverse team
- Computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems
- Able to provide leadership and motivation to a team
