Concrete Operations Manager
Heidelberg Materials is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as the Concrete Plant Manager at Tamworth and Gunnedah sites in NSW.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day plant operations, including safety, production, sales, and customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive financial performance through effective cost management and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance, including cost reduction and revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
* Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction.
