This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate and friendly assistance over the phone and online. Your key objective will be to deliver quality solutions by identifying referral opportunities for new products and services that meet or exceed our members' needs.
