About the Role
Join a leading global mining company's digital team, focused on building and enhancing a critical application that manages the lifecycle of mobile equipment used on mine sites. Your work will provide visibility to senior stakeholders and drive operational efficiency.
Tech Stack
* Backend: Python (Django)
* Frontend: React
* Cloud: AWS
* CI/CD pipelines
* Nice to have: SAP integration, relational databases, Snowflake
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django and React.
* Deploy and optimise applications on AWS.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the SDLC.
* Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
* 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer.
* Strong experience in Python/Django, React, and AWS.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and RDBMS.
* Bonus: SAP integration experience, mining industry exposure.
Engagement Details
* Initial term: 3 months with potential extension opportunities
* Location: Perth or Brisbane
* Hybrid: Minimum 2 WFH days/week.
