You will manage a national portfolio supporting the delivery of multi million dollar projects and have the opportunity to get involved and collaborate with the global team.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with key hiring managers and leaders across the business to fully understand their current and future hiring needsDevelop customised recruitment strategies to enable effective and timely recruitment of top talent in-line with KBR’s growth strategyMap the market and create talent pools both locally and internationallyWrite job advertisements and manage advertising across a range of platformsPromote KBR at networking events and push for referrals from industry contacts and KBR staffHead hunt talent using Linkedin RecruiterReview, shortlist and screen potential candidatesSupport hiring managers throughout the interview process and customise interview guides so that all key competencies are appropriately exploredOffer management and negotiation to ensure the offer stage runs smoothlyManage all offers and review employment contract documents to ensure all necessary information is completed and employee on-boarding is a smooth processExperience & Key SkillsEssential requirementsExtensive experience in technical recruiting.Engineering recruitment experience, preferably across either Defence Infrastructure, Building Services or TransportExcellent market knowledge, networks and relevant industry relationshipsExtensive experience working for a recruitment agency or in an internal recruitment roleA natural ability to build rapport with people quickly and be a good judge of characterProven track record recruiting technical roles in candidate short marketsAbility to effectively use Linkedin Recruiter to head hunt talentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience writing exciting and engaging job advertsAbout usKBR’s Infrastructure Solutions business works with customers across the nation to plan, design and deliver smarter, safer and more sustainable infrastructure to meet the demands of the future for all Australians.
