Clinical Nurse - Theatre Recovery: permanent full-time opportunity at Ramsay Health Care. We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Clinical Nurse to join our dedicated PACU / Recovery Unit. This direct leadership role will see you leading and supporting our front-line team members whilst working alongside a passionate multidisciplinary team.
The Opportunity
* Your day-to-day operations will include problem solving, fostering a positive and supportive culture, and providing dedicated and specialised advice to team members.
* In addition, you will perform accurate and comprehensive patient assessment to address short and long-term needs.
About You
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Minimum three to four years' full-time postgraduate experience working in a PACU / Recovery Unit
* Proven ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
* Preceptorship experience and a compassionate approach to mentoring students and novice nurses
* Proven management skills of a large team
* Paediatric experience, ALS and PALS desirable
* Willingness to accept and promote Ramsay's core values
Candidates with, or who are working towards a postgraduate qualification in Perioperative Nursing or Post-Anesthetic Care, and who have completed a preceptorship program will be highly regarded.
Remuneration
Remuneration: On offer is a full-time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from 101,393.65 - 107,728.19 plus superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 Gr1-Gr4)
