About the Role
JBS Caroona is recruiting a detail orientated Administration Officer to join the team in a full-time capacity (Monday to Friday). This supporting position is critical to the successful operations of our feedlot.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and compiling daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting
* Managing all payables and receivables utilising the SAP Accounts System
* Weighbridge operations and maintaining compliance for all incoming and outgoing commodities, including grain testing
* Providing general admin support to the operational teams including data management as required
About You
* Previous experience in a similar Admin role advantageous
* Proficiency with MS Word and Excel essential as well as general computer literacy/troubleshooting skills
* High levels of attention to detail
* High levels of confidentiality and professionalism
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-task to meet deadlines
* Dedication, commitment and drive
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
