KPI Construction Services is a nationally recognised traffic management and civil labour hire provider operating across Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales. With over 700 personnel deployed across some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects, we are committed to connecting skilled, safety-focused professionals with consistent, rewarding work.
We are currently seeking experienced civil construction workers to join our labour hire division for ongoing project work across Melbourne's outer northern suburbs.
Positions Available
* Moxy (Articulated Dump Truck) Operator
* Excavator Operator
* Roller Operator
* General Labour
The Essential Requirement
A current RIW (Rail Industry Worker) registration is mandatory for all positions. Candidates without a valid RIW card will not be progressed through the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
* Safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment in accordance with site safety management plans
* Completion of pre-start checks and basic maintenance of assigned plant
* Execution of earthworks, compaction, drainage, and general civil construction activities as directed
* Accurate completion of daily plant logs and site documentation
* Productive collaboration with site supervisors and project crews
Essential Criteria — All Roles
* Current RIW (Rail Industry Worker) registration — mandatory
* Current Construction Induction (White Card) — mandatory
* Demonstrated experience in the nominated role
* Minimum 6 months demonstrated experience required for plant operator positions (Moxy, Excavator, Roller)
* Minimum 6 months demonstrated experience required for General Labour positions
* Valid driver's licence — HR class preferred
* Satisfactory pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Strong safety awareness and a reliable, professional work ethic
