**The organisation**
Our client is one of the Big 6 law firms within Australia. They are currently seeking for a Finance System Support Analyst to join their team in Melbourne (permanent full-time position). **The role**
Located in Melbourne, this position sits in the Finance Support and Training team and reports directly to the Team Manager. They are the interface between the Finance systems team and all end users across the firm. The role is responsible for providing help desk support, delivering training and system enhancements, and for the provision of expert user support.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing first tier systems support by investigating, analysing, and rectifying issues
- Classifying and escalating issues to second tier support
- Providing finance and billing support to end users
- Developing and improving training modules
- Delivering specific training to users
- Maintaining training materials and business processes documentation
- Supporting systems improvements by conducting testing and UAT
- Providing financial services support for month end (receipting and billing support)
**Skills & experience required**
- Previous experience in Finance (AP, AR, Billing, etc.), ideally with exposure to system support
- Experience working with finance management systems (Elite 3e advantageous)
- Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability
- Customer focus approach and capacity to deliver high quality service
